“A US appeals court has ruled that prisoners held at a US military base in Cuba do not have the right to hearings in American courts."

America detains 600 people then refuses to accept responsibility for them. Yes they have human rights but no we they can’t have access to any court to defend those rights.
And apparently this is a “victory in the war on terrorism”.
